We know it can be difficult to find the right fit or material to flatter our gorgeous bodies, especially when buying online. We also understand that sometimes items will not fit as we hoped. Because of this, returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary.
We offer no-hassle, easy returns.
Please read our return policy below.
• Items can be returned for Store Credit only. The store credit will be issued for the total amount in the form of a Gift Card Code sent via email.
• All returns for store credit must be received within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Returns received after 7 days will include a 15% restocking fee. Returns labels are the responsibility of the customer unless item is damaged/or wrong item.
•Store credits do not expire. Store credits apply to inventory only and cannot be used toward shipping charges.
• All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, free of smoke, stains and/or fragrance. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains and/or odor will be shipped back to you and may be subject to additional shipping cost.
***If shipping is purchased and paid for by customer we highly recommend choosing a tracking number and or insurance with shipment. If for any reason package is lost and no tacking number was purchased at checkout Unhip Hippie Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES!
Rest assure, When shipping is free with orders over $60 we will always send packages out with a tracking number
• Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received.
• All sale items, promo, deals of any sort including free shipping are all FINAL SALE & will not be reimbursed.
• Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the items, original shipping costs (charges to ship order to customer) will be deducted from store credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Damaged items are valid for an in-store credit/Exchange only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment and within 3 days of receiving. Tags must still be attached.
• If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please send the original item back to us. Once we have received your return, we will then ship out the new item.
We cannot guarantee the item you want will still be available when the return reaches our department. Please keep in mind that all our items are unique and in limited stock. We purchase only a small handful at a time.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited in the form of store credit. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
Damaged or defective items:
If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service must be notified within 3 days for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?
We aim to provide awesome customer service however, we are only human and mistakes may happen. If we send the wrong item, simply contact Customer Service and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
